Floating thermostat provides proportional-integral (PI) modulating control in zoned commercial HVAC system such as hydronic and pressure dependent VAV with or without reheat.

This thermostat have enarge saving mode, Energy Saving mode is activated by a special input from a card key, occupancy switch or window contact switch..
